These terms apply to purchases from and use of the Jangles Corp. online store at janglescorp.myshopify.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify. For questions about these terms or an order, Contact us.

Using our store

You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have authorization from a parent or guardian where required. Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity or interfere with its operation.

Products and personalization

Product pages describe the item, available options and price. Many products are made to order. Images may be mockups; colors can vary between screens and printed materials. These variations do not exclude your rights where an item is faulty or not as described. Review sizes and personalized text carefully before ordering. You must have permission to use any content you submit for personalization.

Prices, payment and orders

The currency, product price and applicable shipping and taxes are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or refund. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our shipping policy and return and refund policy describe the processes for delivery, cancellations and order problems. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and content

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Store content and designs may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not grant a license to reproduce the design commercially.

Service availability and changes

We may update the store and these terms. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. We do not exclude liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
