Jangles Corp. products are made to order and shipped by our production partners. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates and destinations

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the items and destination. Products made by different partners may ship in separate packages and may have separate shipping charges.

Timing and tracking

Any delivery estimates shown on a product page or at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Production, carrier delays, holidays and customs can affect delivery. We send shipment and tracking information when it is available. If you need an item by a specific date, Contact us before ordering.

Addresses and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately to request a correction; we cannot guarantee changes after production or shipping begins. If tracking shows a delay, an unsuccessful delivery, or a package you cannot locate, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Additional delivery charges may apply if an incorrect address supplied by you requires reshipment; we will explain any charge before proceeding.

International orders

For destinations offered at checkout, import duties and taxes may apply. Amounts collected at checkout are shown there; additional charges assessed by the destination authorities may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law.
